Chandigarh, September 19Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the 29th meeting of the Northern Zonal Council (NZC) to be hosted by Haryana here tomorrow. The governments of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, newly created UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, and Delhi constitute the council. The CM of the member states, along with two ministers of each state, will attend the event.
