As per the prosecution, a police team saw a youth coming from the YPS Chowk, Mohali, side at a naka on the road dividing Sectors 61 and 52. On seeing the police, he got nervous and took a U-turn. As he could not produce any licence or permit for carrying the injections, a case under Section 22 of the NDPS Act was registered against him on July 5, 2017.
