Experts discussed present-day healthcare technologies and ancient wisdom and role of alternative therapies, holistic healing and spirituality. The day started with a session by Charanjeet Kaur from The Earthy Adobe, Mirror Meditation, on ‘going deep within and inner healing and change’.
