Chandigarh, October 13Over 400 residents took out a candle march in Sector 47 here this evening to spread the message on forming mohalla committees in all Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) colonies. The CHB Residents Welfare Association has planned a series of sector-wise rallies in support of its demands.
