Chandigarh, November 14The Rotary Chandigarh Shivalik (RCS) presented scholarships worth Rs 2.2 lakh to 11 visually challenged college and university students during a function held in Sector 7 here today. Funds have been raised through ‘Rotary Dinner in the Dark’ held in 2019. Part of the funds also came through a number of people pledging additional support to the RCS.
