The university has instead decided to go for admission to its five-year law course on the basis of marks obtained in 12th standard considering the COVID-19 situation. The university authorities on October 2 scrapped the entrance examination for five-year integrated course as also the three-year law course for the session 2020-2021. Assailing the November 16 verdict of the high court petitioner Shruti Nayar contended that the university scrapped the UGLAW entrance test “wrongly and illegally” and in violation of principles of natural justice.
