Zirakpur: Roadside eateries dhabas and liquor vends on the Chandigarh-Ambala highway were open well after 10.30 pm here on Wednesday. In Mohali the police had a job in hand to enforce the night curfew with violations witnessed at some places in the city. On Day 2 of the restrictions a liquor vend was found open near Gilco Valley.
