Bar firing case committed to sessions court

Esko Bar incident Saurav Gujjar a TikTok star and choreographer with a dance academy and resident of Zirakpur was injured in the firing when a bullet hit him in the thigh outside the Esko Bar Sector 9 Chandigarh around 11.45 pm in October 2020. As per the statement given by Saurav Gujjar Movish Bains allegedly slapped him on the dance floor at Esko Bar. An injured Saurav was taken to the PGI. In the order pronounced today the court said since the accused were facing charges punishable under Section 307 of the IPC the case is committed to the Court of Sessions for March 10 2021..
