Amarinder appeals farmers not to commit suicide, assures situation is improving

GURDASPUR : While issuing an emotional appeal to the debt ridden farmers of state not to commit suicides, chief minister Amarinder Singh on Tuesday detailed several measures taken by his government for farmer's welfare and also reiterated to fulfill his pre poll promise of providing job in every home .Addressing a gathering on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations after unfurling the national flag he said his government had already waived off crop loans up to Rs.
