HC restrains CMRL from acquiring school playground

The judge directed CMRL to give a personal hearing to the representatives of the institution on October 1 and consider all its objections before acquiring the lands. Suddenly, it had received a show-cause notice from CMRL on July 5, calling upon the school to explain why 3,590 square meters should not be acquired for establishing a metro station. Justice V.
