CFLOWS would be integrated with TNSMART, a web-based application that would also have a mobile application. CFLOWS, which would forecast level of waterlogging and vulnerable locations five days ahead, was developed by IIT Madras, Institute of Remote Sensing, Anna University and National Coastal Research Centre along with TNSDMA.
