CE caught up with Rukmini after her morning practice to know what keeps her going. Rukmini moved to Chennai from Hyderabad in 1980 and started working with the Indian Overseas Bank (IOB). In the 2016 Masters Athletic Meet, she won a gold medal in the pole vault, a silver medal in the high jump and a bronze medal in the hammer throw.
