Kodambakkam:On Tuesday, a 45-year-old man from Kodambakkam who works as an construction engineer in Dubai was booked under IPC section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and IPC section 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life). Later he was warned of seizing his passport and sent home for quarantine.
