Seems like the “Amma (Jayalalithaa) government” is soon to come in power with the recent statement from T T V Dhinakaran.

AMMK general secretary T T V Dhinakaran, on Sunday, asked his party’s cadres to gear up and work towards bringing real “Amma government” (as called by him) in the state of Tamil Nadu.

He said that he didn’t want the DMK government to take over the state by coming in power and one of his motives is to prevent that from happening.

Dhinakaran sent an open letter to his party cadres in which he urged them to celebrate the birthday of former CM C N Annadurai (September 15), while maintaining the social distancing norms.

Furthermore, in the letter, he thanked his party for helping the needy during the COVID pandemic lockdown.

“I thank you all for fulfilling my request that every cadre from our party should help at least one needy family during this pandemic lockdown.

The response that I’m getting is heartwarming about the service rendered by our cadres.

Unlike a few other political parties, who had put their party cadres at risk to gain publicity, we did much more but without seeking publicity” Dhinakaran said in his letter.

“In the absence of Amma, parties like DMK are already dreaming of coming to power in eight months.
