The helpdesk will assist the public who require any clarification regarding lockdown mechanism including procedure for the movement of persons in general and specific such as e-Registration assistance for senior citizens and single woman staying alone without care help for movement of oxygen tankers / cylinders by the manufacturers to various hospitals / Covid Centres without any hindrance movement of essential commodities guidance for the purchase of Remdesivir medicine etc. The helpdesk will function round the clock under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner of Police / Modern Control Room with a team of Police personnel.
