Five held with wild boar meat fined

Coimbatore: Five people were detained by forest department officials for possession of 5kg wild boar meat. During injury, the five told forest officials that they had found a dead wild boar at Vellikuppampalayam area in Sirumugai forest range and taken the meat from the dead animal.Forest officials released all the five after they paid the fine amount.
