Knitwear exporters recover Rs 2.15cr from shipping firm

Legal actions were initiated against the two shipping agents, who have pan India presence. The garments were exported during different periods till beginning of 2018, as scheduled, with a value to the tune of Rs 6.15 crore. Further findings revealed that the two shipping agents have delivered the goods to the buyer even after he failed to produce transport documents, which would be given by his bank.
