CUTTACK: Senior BJP leader and former minister Jayanarayan Mishra , who was arrested in March in connection with the murder of a BJD worker , was granted bail by the Orissa high court on Tuesday.While granting the bail, bench of Justice D Dash has directed Mishra to cooperate in the investigation process and not to leave his native place without the permission of the lower court. As the BJP leader was suffering from kidney related problems, he underwent treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack and later visited AIIMS, Delhi, for better treatment.After expiry of the interim bail period, Mishra had surrendered before the Sohela sub-divisional judicial magistrate (SDJM) court on June 29 and had moved high court for a regular bail.
