CUTTACK: Passengers on the 12704 Falaknuma Express from Secunderabad to Howrah - which started its journey on Wednesday - had a narrow escape after one of its bogies jumped the tracks near Kapilas Road station, on the outskirts of Cuttack , on Thursday.
