Two years since request SCB clerk yet to get transfer

CUTTAK: The state health department has sat on a case of inter-district transfer at the clerical level for over two years, despite getting reminders from the assembly speaker, the health minister and the grievance cell of the chief minister.The victim of the inexplicable delay is a woman junior clerk in the office of the superintendent of SCB Medical College Hospital, Cuttack , who had applied for a transfer to the office of Pandit Raghunath Murmu Medical College Hospital in Baripada . It has accused the top officials of the health department of not honouring the norms prescribed for it by the general administration department.Official records show that speaker Pradip Kumar Amat had written a letter to the health minister on September 3, 2018, to personally look into the matter..
