Summary:
Sundargarh : NTPC Darlipali has handed over One Wing of the presently under construction Sundargarh Medical College & Hospital in three floors, consisting of 200 nos. Measures are being made by the District Administration to further furnish it with necessary medical furnitures and equipments to convert it to Isolation Wards for suspected COVID-19 patients. NTPC-Darlipali has undertaken construction of a Medical College and 500 bedded Hospital at Sundargarh, Odisha under an MOU with Govt. 418 Crores which includes construction of a fully equipped state of the art Medical College and hospital complete with latest medical equipments , furniture's and fixtures. Similar activities are in place in other NTPC Projects such as Darlipali in Sundargarh District and Bongaigaon Project in Assam..
