2 men duped of Rs 6 lakh on pretext of ONGC job

DEHRADUN: Two job seekers were duped of Rs 6 lakh by a conman on the pretext of providing them both permanent jobs at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) here. The accused gave them an application form and asked them to deposit a security amount of Rs 3 lakh each. They were even issued fake offer letters and identity cards.The matter came to light after the two men registered a police complaint.
