Cleanliness and parking remains a key issue. I am not talking about luxury but our basic necessities should be provided to us.”He added that the corridors of the hostel were lying dirty, the paint was peeling off and the authorities concerned despite repeated requests were unwilling to listen to the MLAs.Congress MLA from Ranikhet Karan Mahra said, “Unknown and unauthorized people enter the premises and there is virtually no checking of vehicles or individuals..
