Saffron camp celebrates as lotus blooms in Haridwar, Rishikesh wards

While independent candidates secured 14 posts in the Rishikesh nagar palika, Congress won in the rest 11 wards. While the BJP bagged 21 of these wards, seven went to the Congress and remaining two were secured by independent candidates.
