Villagers create ruckus over damaged religious idols

Roorkee: Residents of Paniyala village near Roorkee created a ruckus on Saturday after centuries-old idols kept in a dharamshala were damaged by a few villagers. As the news of the damaged idols spread, villagers in large numbers assembled at the dharamshala to protest.
