DEHRADUN: In the backdrop of rising swine flu deaths in the state, the Uttarakhand health department on Wednesday constituted a six-member team to conduct audit of the deaths.The team will be headed by additional chief medical officer of Dehradun, Dr Narendra Kumar. The number of patients tested positive of swine flu is 10.Meanwhile, the chief medical officer of Dehradun has also issued alert and formed a team to conduct awareness camp about the deadly virus across the schools in the city.
