Nainital: The Uttarakhand high court (HC) on Friday stayed the arrest of former state BJP general secretary Sanjay Kumar, accused of sexual harassment by a woman party worker. Kumar had earlier moved a petition in the HC requesting quashing of the FIR against him.According to Kumar’s counsel, Aditya Singh, Justice N S Dhanik who was hearing the matter, also directed the state to file a reply within four weeks.
