Pulwama attack fallout: Girl students from Kashmir lock themselves in Dehradun hostel after protest

DEHRADUN: Over 20 girl Kashmiri students residing in a city hostel were forced to confine themselves to their rooms after a group of locals and fringe activists surrounded their hostel and demanded its owner to "throw them out. The crowd is scary and we are so much afraid that we aren’t able to open the room to have lunch,” she added.According to the police, the crowd which gathered outside the hostel around 4pm was disbursed at around 8pm.
