Uttarakhand senior secondary schools will reopen from November 2

States all over the country are in the process to final up their SOPs for reopening of schools again.

The schools of Uttarakhand would also reopen from November 2.

However, schools would only open up for classes 10 to 12 and only with parental consent.

As many as 3791 senior secondary schools will reopen in the state from November 2.

The Uttarakhand Government has given the permission only for the board going classes.

SOPs and guidelines for resuming the classes as well as basic health and hygiene requirements to be maintained at the schools have been released.

While releasing the order, the Education minister emphasised on the importance of following the precautions.

He has also stated that students who do not have parental consent would not be allowed to attend the classes.

Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, the focus would be on bringing students back to the classroom teaching mode.

Also, students would be taught in the school premises but no homework shall be given.
