The green bench took note of the fact that the State pollution board had submitted that motorcycles with valid pollution under control (PUC) certificates will be allowed to participate in the rally. After going through the papers, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in this application for adjudication. Therefore, we dispose this application with liberty to the applicant to take steps in accordance with law if the need arises” the Bench said..
