"The North Delhi Municipal Corporation has adequate number of community and public toilets as per the yardstick of the Swachh Bharat Mission. Ironically, even after the NDMC had declared all its 104 wards "open-defecation free" on December 31, people have been relieving themselves in the open. Awareness campaigns are being run by the corporation to ensure usage of toilets and bring a behavioural change among general public regarding sanitation.
