Third cutoff at Ambedkar University dips below 90

NEW DELHI: The third cutoff list at Ambedkar University released on Sunday saw a marginal dip with several courses like history, English social science and sociology with cutoffs less than 90% making it easier to get admission . At the same time, the cutoff for non-NCT is at 93.75% now.Along with these courses, courses at the university’s Karampura campus — global studies and sustainable urbanism — are at 72.25% and 46.75%. This is after there has been only a 0.25% and a 0.75% dip for the NCT and non-NCT students, respectively.Getting into history is also easier with 84.5% for NCT students and 92.5% for non-NCT students, a dip from 86.5% and 94.25%.For NCT students, admission into economics can be through 91%, a dip from 92.25%. The university will conduct admissions between July 16 and 17 under this cutoff.Admission for NCT-Delhi students in the mathematics course is now closed as seats are full.
