The Gurugram school murder case accused is produced in the juvenile justice court in Gurugram. Nariman and Indu Malhotra rejected the plea which sought default bail on the ground that charge sheet was not filed within 60 days. While the victim was named “Prince” by the court, the accused was named “Bholu” and the school was referred to as “vidyalaya”.
