Man flashes women; case registered

The police said the alleged incident took place a week ago when the man accosted women students and allegedly flashed them at least on two occasions. However, no case was registered since the students refused to lodge a formal complaint. Rohtak Superintendent of Police Jashandeep Singh Randhawa directed the PGI police post staff to register a case on Wednesday after the matter came to his notice.
