Monitor restoration of Dwarka waterbodies: NGT

The orders came while the NGT was hearing a plea seeking urgent action for effective utilisation of waterbodies to store rainwater that the area receives annually. The panel will be at liberty to issue further direction in the matter for execution of order of this tribunal,” the Bench said. “It will be open to parties to put forward their viewpoint to the committee for consideration. The Bench had said that the committee will also comprise representatives from the Delhi Jal Board, the Central Pollution Control Board, the Central Ground Water Authority and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned..
