Drugs worth Rs 25 crore seized by Special Cell of Delhi Police, three foreigners arrested

The special cell of Delhi police has arrested three foreign nationals, two Afghan national and a Nigerian national for allegedly supplying heroin worth Rs 25 crore from South Delhi's Saket area on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. Police recovered five-kg heroin and 4,200 US dollars from their possession. According to the police, the accused have been identified as Esmatullah (40) and Khalilullah (22), the Afghan Nationals and Osondu, Nigerian national, who were arrested following a tip-off. The two Afghan nationals have already supplied more than 100 kg of heroin in Delhi in the last two years and had brought in 15-kg heroin last time, Kushwah said.
