NEW DELHI: Suraj Verma was a “soft spoken and shy” 19-year-old youth for his neighbours and “brazen and lively” with his friends. Three years ago, his sister, Neha, got to know about his lifestyle and told their father, Mithilesh, following which he was reprimanded. So, on Wednesday he stabbed his father 8 times, his mother 7 times and his 15-year-old sister 4 times. Suraj and his friends used to pool in Rs 500 each to pay for the rent.Neighbours said Mithilesh stopped giving pocket money and fixed timings for Suraj to return home.
