The 4th edition of the 'Smile International Film Festival for Children & Youth' (SIFFCY) started on Monday at Siri Fort Auditorium. The international jury consists of filmmaker Lawrence David Foldes; festival director of Germany's Schlingel International Film Festival, Michael Harbauer; artistic director of Czech Republic's Zlin International Film Festival, Marketa Pasmova; and Josep Arbiol, President of the Cultural Association 'Jordi el Mussol', Spain, Festival Director-MICE, among others. The week-long festival will continue till December 16 with an aim to bring international cinema to the children. More than 10 different kinds of capacity building and professional workshops, panels and master-classes will be hosted during the week," added Jitendra Mishra, Festival Director – SIFFCY.
