Arvind Kejriwal, others summoned by Delhi court in defamation case by BJP’s Rajeev Babbar

A Delhi court on Friday summoned Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others, including Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader spokesperson Atishi Malena, in a defamation case filed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Rajeev Babbar. The court had earlier taken cognisance of the defamation complaint filed against Kejriwal and others by the BJP leader. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Samar Vishal directed the chief minister and other accused to appear on April 30. Babbar alleged that Kejriwal's statement not only defamed the BJP as but also all the people who are associated with it.
