NEW DELHI: The biggest achievement of the AAP government in the field of governance is the implementation of outcome budget successfully, said Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Friday during the release of outcome budget report for 2019-20. He was speaking at the national conference organised by the Dialogue and Development Commission of Delhi (DDC) and Department of Planning at the Secretariat here. The Delhi Government is celebrating three years of the outcome budgeting. Jasmine Shah, DDC vice-chairman, said: "The government released its first outcome budget report in 2018, measuring 1,900 indicators.
