They decided to stay in a dharamshala near the temple where an unknown person offered them soft drinks. Later, they were admitted to Deen Dayal Hospital in Moradabad where they regained consciousness. The DCW chief urged the Chief Minister to ensure that an FIR be registered under relevant Sections and the accused were arrested immediately. I appeal to the UP Chief Minister to take a compassionate view in the matter and ensure registration of FIR along with proper compensation to the girl.”.
