New Delhi, July 11A delegation of the Delhi Congress Pradesh Committee (DPCC) today submitted a memorandum to Lieutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal regarding the irregularities, nepotism and corruption in recruitment on various posts of the Delhi Waqf Board (DWB).
