One of the major attractions for the bibliophiles, the 25th edition of the Delhi Book Fair alongwith other concurrent events, namely, 21th Stationery Fair, 5th Office Automation Fair and Corporate Gifts Fair commenced at Pragati Maidan , New Delhi, today.
These five day events were formally inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Agrawal, IAS, Executive Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) in Hall 7, Pragati Maidan.
The Delhi Book Fair has been organised by ITPO in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Publishers (FIP).
Present on the occasion were Shri R.K.
Mittal, President, FIP, Shri Ashutosh Varma, General Manager, ITPO and Dr.
Ashok Gupta, Secretary General, FIP, participants and media persons.

There is a thematic display of books pertaining to the Gandhian though and life.
, Delhi Book Fair also aims to project aspiration of “New India” as envisioned by the Hon’ble Prime Minister.
