New Delhi: The South Delhi Municipal Corporation on Wednesday launched the Plastic Waste Shramdan Campaign in all four SDMC Zones under the Swachhata hi Sewa initiative in a bid to encourage care for the environment. Keeping with the initiative, SDMC Commissioner Gyanesh Bharti on Wednesday addressed a meeting where he instructed all heads of departments to make the week-long plastic waste shramdan from October 21, a result-oriented effort.
