GB Nagar administration slaps NSA on builder

Noida: The Gautam Buddh Nagar administration has slapped the stringent National Security Act (NSA) against a 36-year-old builder who developed and sold the maximum unauthorised flats in Greater Noida's Shahberi area. The builder, identified as Jasveer Singh Maan, was arrested on October 1 who was booked under the NSA. Officials said that the flats were made without due permission from the Greater Noida Authority, had a weak structure and poor quality material. If the builder tries to sell the risky flats it becomes law and order concern that's why NSA is being imposed. Recently Greater Noida authority had attached as many as 76 properties of builders including 74 shops in the same area for illegally constructing and selling properties..
