NEW DELHI: The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) Commissioner Gyanesh Bharti has decided to adopt a zero-tolerance policy against air pollution. As per the instructions, patrolling teams in sufficient numbers have been constituted to take instant action against violators including erring government and related institutions.
