Summary:

New Delhi: Om Prakash slogs his days working at his small auto repair shop and garage in Outer Delhi. Despite a turbulent past, he keeps his head down and continues to work when one fine day on October 6, two Delhi Police constables from Nangloi police station arrive at his shop. They randomly start searching his premises, claiming that he had stolen an e-rickshaw. These were the circumstances based on which a city court granted Om Prakash anticipatory bail in the case, noting clearly that police picked him up even though they could not find the stolen e-rickshaw at his premises after continued searches. Advocate Ravi Drall, appearing on behalf of Om submitted in court that the CCTV footage from the police station on the date has been asked to be preserved..
