JNU students to boycott exams

Speaking to Millennium Post, Arham, a student of Labour Studies at JNU said, "Boycott here doesn't mean that we don't give the exam, here we want an extension. Academic centres have been holding general body meetings to decide on a call to boycott the exams. Many schools and centres, including School of Arts and Aesthetics, Centre for Historical Studies, Centre for Persian and Central for Asian Studies have decided to boycott the examinations. The Students' Union said about 13 schools and centres have decided to boycott the exams. The decision was taken after a call from the students' union for "no academic cooperation", however nothing specific about the examination boycott has been decided by the union..
