Delhi colleges charging high hostel fee, imposing discriminatory rules for girls: DCW

New Delhi: The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has alleged that colleges here are charging “high” hostel fee and imposing “discriminatory” rules for girls, and sought Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar’s intervention.
