He also said the state government will provide financial aid to the 16-year-old boy under Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana.

“The government has taken a measure to help such children so that they are taken care of,” he said, adding that the government will help more such institutions.

Khattar was on his way to Delhi when he visited the Gurugram institute.

Sunil Kohli, the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) chairperson in Gurugram, said the boy responds to a few words.
